Egress Profile

The Postgraduate of the Professional Master's in Organizational Management should specifically be formed in two general dimensions:

(a) academic-scientific: in this formative dimension, Postgraduates must have the following skills: perform data analysis appropriate to the design of research and diagnostic projects; integrate results from research in Management and related areas; develop courses, disciplines and training programs for higher education, based on the fundamentals of management and related areas; prepare scientific articles related to research reports and case studies; perform data analysis appropriate to the design of research and diagnostic projects; and, to implement research projects capable of integrating the participating Units and bodies of UFG, in addition to other teaching and research institutions that integrate or may integrate the PMPGO - Professional Master's Program in Organizational Management, Catalan campus.

(b) professional-reflective: this dimension will seek to guarantee the following competences: to be able to develop research and diagnosis projects of the various organizational practices; advise public and private organizations and institutions; evaluate the quality of the existing diagnostic and evaluation tools and, if necessary, develop solutions appropriate to the imposed reality; perform data analysis appropriate to the design of projects and diagnosis of situations; create and manage projects aiming at the exchange of knowledge and technologies between the university and organizations, whether public or private, with or without profit, in order to promote the development of these organizations and the consequent progress of the society where they are inserted.
